Where do I start..
Alex was able to do what no other broker could - plain and simple.
I tried to refinance a development with over 5 brokers prior and “it was too hard” for everyone of them.
He was able to refinance ✅
Then restructure 2 existing loans ✅
And he was then able to complete a new purchase ✅
Without Alex I could not move forward.
I have not only found an exceptional switched on broker
but also a friend I can ask questions too along the property journey.

Initially we were overseas and dealing with another mortgage broker in QLD but based on our personal situation, he couldn't find any reasonable financial package even though they had access to so many lenders and we ended up closer to the deadline with very less hope for the home loan. That's when, we were referred to Alex from one of his clients and I am super glad that we found him.
He was very easy to deal with from the very beginning. He was quick to reply on Whatsapp and email or even get on a call to discuss things whenever needed. Similarly he pinged banks or lenders to discuss the solutions that was suitable to us and sometimes asked exceptions to the rules for considering our application. I am so glad that he was able to find a suitable loan for our situation and helped us secure it as well. Whole process from the start till end was smooth and I am so happy with his services. He doesn't treat us as a client but more a like a friend because often times he himself pointed out the caveats that were not known to us nor we would have been able to find those things as problem but we found out because he was transparent and honest about everything. Thats the reason that I am gonna use his services again in the future.
Cant recommend him enough to friends and family.
