    Duncan is highly knowledgeable, always contactable and achieved a great outcome for me. The loan he arranged saved us at least $2500 per year in interest and that is before taking into consideration the cashback offered by the lender as well as significantly lower fees. The loan arranged through Duncan was far better than what I could source directly from my existing bank and the service was of a much higher standard. Well done to Duncan and his team. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

    I contacted Villa Finance Group following another indepentdant approval from a big 4 bank who we have a long history with. My wife fits into an unconventional employment bracket that lenders typically undervalue. Despite this and our lengthy history we were granted approval for our next property move. Not entirely convinced we had the best deal, I made contact with Duncan who came up with 2 other dynamic and super competitive strategies both with tier 1 lenders that we had overlooked in the past. It was a �no brainer really� and we ran with one of Duncan's recommendations. The whole process was highly professional, seamless and reassuring.
