To be honest my partner and I were a bit reluctant initially to move away from my old finance broker, however Eric was patient, gave the right advice, helped us make the right choice and more importantly for us was prompt and responsive to our many queries. Eric was the only professional (after seeing 3 mortgage brokers) willing to help. My financial situation is difficult, one broker promptly turned me away saying 'too hard, come back when your circumstances have changed'.
Eric worked VERY hard for almost a month and provided ongoing feedback, ultimately managing to secure my rate that's now LESS THAN HALF what I was previously paying!

The amount of effort to get us the house we finally wonted was amazing ,they did their best to get us approved, even during the covid world.
It was a tough road but they never gave up, we are both so happy with skills and knowledge they presented would highly recommend to anyone.
The personal touch that Eric put in was more than any broker would of done, the first broker we tried just could not perform the way Break Free did and failed to get the loan.. Break Free experience was the key to getting us approved.
