We engaged Kristina for a mortgage for an investment property and I can say from the outset the whole process was as smooth as could possibly have been expected. She was incredibly responsive and got back to us quickly no matter the request we had. She offered possible solutions for our loan that were simple and easy to follow and met our needs. Despite the myriad phone calls from us and questions we had, she answered them swiftly and in an incredibly friendly and warm manner. Bottom line is whenever we needed her she was there to assist. Kristina is the best of the best, whether you are a first home buyer or seasoned investor Kristina should be your go to person. She made the whole process stress free and seamless. Working in banking for over 5 years myself I know how difficult the home loan process can be if not done right. Kristina is very easy to talk to and puts the needs of her clients first. She was 100% proactive from the first conversation all the way to settlement. I can’t recommend her enough!! I know exactly who I will be calling when I’m ready for my next property purchase.

Absolutely cannot recommend Kristina enough! My wife and I are first home buyers and had very limited knowledge or idea as to what we wanted or what we could get. Kristina was great from day one all the way up to our pre-approval aplication. Looked after everything from the banks and showed us the best deals and explained it all in a very understanding way!

I'm a first home buyer who had absolutely no idea about loans or applying for them. I always found it to be an extremely daunting and unobtainable goal. I felt so out of my depth. I went to banks and chatted to loan specialists and I left feeling more confused then when I got there. Enter Kristina Louise. Broker extraordinaire. Be prepared to buy a house after speaking to her because she's that good at her job. In all seriousness I was able to book an appointment the week I reached out to her and she explained every scenario to me in terms I could understand. She found the best product for me and did everything. I still feel like I haven't lifted a finger this whole process. She even pointed out that a company was double charging me for a service (unrelated but shows she's on the ball). I'm so grateful I reached out to her and if you're considering it do it! My only regret was not doing it sooner. I can't recommend her service professionalism or expertise enough.
