We had applied to refinance with two banks we are customers of only to be knocked back by both. We turned to Mahesh Pererra of equityadvice. Mahesh was very quick to answer our questions and provide guidance to the best products and solutions. He visited us in our home in Canberra and started the application process. His service, knowledge and expertise were second to none and made us feel at ease. We then communicated via email every few days and his advice and help throughout the process was painless and easy. Mahesh was able to provide financial advice that not only got us our loan plus $20000 more than what we had been asking our banks for, he helped us save money and increase our cash flow.

I have known Mahesh for many years and have had several Home loans and Investment loans set up for me . His experience, vast industry knowledge and service is second to none, he follows through at all times, keeps you informed and gets approvals where others fail. I was let down badly by a major bank that I had been with for 15-20 years, but given the challenge, Mahesh stepped up and not only got the loan approved, provided a better all round facility and at far superior rates than the Banks. I would highly recommend Equity Advice and have referred several clients and even my own family.
