    On a recent property purchase I approached my bank to asssist with a loan. There were significant delays in getting a response and I was becoming concerned about meeting the settlement date. I contactrd Neil and explained the situation. He immediately commenced an application with an alternative bank and came back with an approval in a few days. He then worked diligantly to make sure that documentation was provided quickly which enabled everything to be in place by the required settlement date. I have subsequently moved all of my facilities to the new bank.

The application took only a few days to be approved and settlement of the property was completed in a timely manner.

    I recently purchased a property which required a significant renovation post settlement. I approached my bank for a loan including renovation costs. After completing all application requirements the person from the bank advised that they would not be able to provide the full loan amount required because they were concerned the renovation was too expensive. I approached Neil who I had previous business dealings with and he was able to source another lender that provided the full loan amount and Neil worked with the builder to make sure that progressive payments were made on time. It was the perfect outcome.

    I recently had a very difficult property purchase. I normally approach my bank for loans but was told due to the circumstances they would not be able to assist.
